  • Yogurt

  • Spices

  • Water

Vegetables and greens are well wash, peel the onion and garlic.

All the vegetables and finely chop the greens, put them into a bowl, (the garlic through a "masher").

Pour the yogurt, diluted mineral water to the consistency of yogurt, salt, pepper, chill in refrigerator before serving. To add some spice, you can add some mustard or "Worcestershire sauce". Instead of yogurt + water, you can make a soup on the "Ayran". Be beautiful, healthy and slim!
