Cooking
Make spinach puree with immersion blender, adding the oil. I take fresh spinach, but you can use frozen, just the cake won't be so bright and green.
Whisk sugar and vanilla sugar with the eggs at room temperature
Gradually add spinach and stir a lot.
Add flour, starch and baking powder and knead the dough. Pour the dough into the form (I d= 24 cm) and bake for about 50 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
For the cream, beat cold cream with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add cottage cheese, I take a homemade, recipe here http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/140 842/. Stir. From the biscuit thread cut 1/3 part of it.
Do impregnation. In hot water add sugar and lemon juice, stir to dissolve the sugar. Impregnate Korzh. Put the cake in the split ring, put the cream, even out.
Crumble on top the remaining cake layer (I only take the green part, no crust). Remove the cake in the fridge overnight.
Decorate the top with pomegranate seeds or any small red berries. I use frozen cranberries.
