Rice cream soup with shrimp
Very tender, flavorful cream soup with celery and shrimp! Tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Shrimp

    50 g

  • Butter

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Salt

Wash rice, cover with water and cook until tender.

1 shrimp leave whole, rest chopped, chopped celery, garlic and onions, all fry until cooked in butter with the addition of paprika.

In a saucepan with the rice, pour the cream, add the browned vegetables (whole shrimp for decoration leave), beat until creamy. Adjust the density of the cream, may need more.

Pour hot soup bowls, garnish with shrimp (I cut in halves) and serve!
