Pea soup with ribs and crackers
Fragrant smoked pea soup with rye croutons with a slight scent of hell!

  • Peas

    150 g

  • Water

    1 l

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pork ribs

    3 piece

  • Crackers

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

To prepare all the products

Rinse peas, add to boiling salted water along with the Bay leaf and cook for 15 minutes.

Ribs cut into 3 pieces if they are whole! Cut potato slices and put in a pot and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Cut onion into half rings, carrot grate on a grater, place everything in the pan! Add the spices and cook it all for 15-20 minutes.

In the finished soup put rye crackers with horseradish and green onions!
