Delicate flavored soup with mushrooms and a quenelle manami. Easy soup from simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Leeks

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cream

    75 ml

  • Salt

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Bread crumbs

    10 g

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

  • Greens
