  • Cabbage

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    90 g

Shred the cabbage, grate the carrots, squeeze the garlic and mix well. Put in a saucepan.

To prepare the marinade: boil water with salt, sugar and vegetable oil, add the vinegar and cool.

Pour the cabbage with the marinade, cover with plate and put weight. If prepared in the evening, in the morning you can already eat. BON APPETIT!
