Cooking
This is the basic set of products.
Eggplant cut into thin slices, brush with soy sauce and bake in the oven until cooked.
Ready eggplant spread on cling film slightly overlapping.
Sweet pepper baked in the oven and clean.
Almond nuts lightly fry and grind. Mix ricotta, chopped herbs, garlic and mayonnaise.
The eggplant place a layer of pepper. Top evenly distribute the filling.
Roll roll with film and cool.
