Roulade of eggplant baked with ricotta
I am a passionate fan of eggplant, many years of them prepare a variety of rolls. If someone learns the idea from a wonderful cook Ксении026, could not resist and made a variation on the theme of her lovely recipe.

Ingredients

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Almonds

    1 handful

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    1 tsp

  • Eggplant
