Salad of mushrooms
Very interesting taste, easy fast preparing.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Seeds to clean, wash, fry in a pan until Golden brown. Mushrooms wash, cut into quarters. Salad leaves, wash, cut into large pieces.

Mushrooms drizzle with 1 tbsp of lemon juice and fry in butter for 3-5 minutes to mix the Seeds with mushrooms. For the filling parsley, wash, chop, add the vegetable oil, remaining lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and stir.

To the mushrooms add the dressing, mix and put on lettuce leaves. Bon appetit!
