Description
Probably all already know this amazing cereal. But still some words about it. Couscous is prepared from semolina, sbryzgivaja it with water and forming the grains, which then undergo heat treatment. It has a neutral taste and therefore is perfect as a side dish, and a dessert. This dish can be sweet and even refined end of the meal, and it can be a quick and delicious Breakfast.

Cooking
Couscous pour into a deep bowl and fill with boiling water for 4-5 millimetres above the level of cereals. The water is instantly absorbed, so the photo is not very clear the level of water. (If you like desserts sweeter, previously in boiling water, which will pour cereal, add a couple of tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt.) Cover with a lid and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
I always have in the freezer are stored orange skins. I just never throw them out, and put in a cellophane bag and freeze.
While they are frozen solid and they are very easy to remove the zest, just by rubbing it on a grater.
Meanwhile, prepare vanilla sauce. In milk, add eggs, sugar, flour. Mix thoroughly and put on fire. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add vanilla and (or) orange (lemon) zest and butter. Again mix everything.
A bowl of cous-cous overturn on a plate and it formed a neat slide.
The hill liberally pour sauce, decorate with fruit. The sauce turns out quite a lot, so they can also be watered individually in dessert plate :-)
