So, first, let's grind our nuts. This can be done with a knife or in a blender. Personally, I prefer to chop with a knife. The technique greatly simplifies our lives, but robs the food of the soul. Chop and set aside.
Mix in a saucepan 250 g of honey and 50 grams of sugar.
Put this thing on the stove and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. It will be our honey syrup.
After 15 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and pour the chopped nuts in there. Give everything a good stir.
Pour the mixture in an enamel bowl. Ten minutes later, neatly cut into brittle cubes or diamond shapes and place on a few minutes in the fridge.
Now we need to somehow extract. Oddly enough, but to make it simple enough. Type in a basin of very hot water and put it in a bowl with the almonds. Five minutes later they are easily retrieved. Just be careful that water does not enter the stomach.
