Omelette with chicken, mushrooms, bacon, herbs and cheese
Delicious, hearty, quick and easy! Prepares multivarka Vitek VT-4215 BW.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Brisket

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Milk

    70 ml

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    40 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

Breast, cut into thin wedges.

If the mushrooms you have are frozen, then they need to be pre-thawed.

Turn on the slow cooker mode "Roasting". At least my slow cooker in this mode for 15 minutes.

Melt the butter and vegetable oil in the bowl multivarki, add bacon, fry for 2 minutes. Then add the chicken, mushrooms, garlic (chopped) and stirring occasionally, fry for 7 minutes. Disable the mode "Roasting".

Beat the eggs with milk, herbs, pepper and salt.

Pour the mixture into the bowl multivarki, where are our chicken-mushroom-brisket.

To enable MV "Bake" for 30 minutes (this is the minimum for this mode), close the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Add grated on a fine grater cheese and continue to bake the omelette for a further 5 minutes. Off MV, let stand for 5 minutes.
