Summer time cooking want to spend less, but that was delicious and satisfying! This soup is fast and simple, but it's delicious!!! Try it!)

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Bulgur

    50 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dressing

    4 Tbsp

  • Sorrel

    50 g

  • Water

    1 l

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Sour cream

    200 g

Cooking

Prepare the products.

Cut small dice the onion.

A pot put on the fire. Pour the vegetable oil. Put in a saucepan the chopped onion.

Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes.

Add 1 liter of water and salt. Bring to a boil.

Add bulgur.

While cooking the bulgur, made of minced meatballs.

Cut potatoes.

Add to a pot of cooked meatballs. Cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add the sliced potatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

While cooking the potatoes, wash, dry and chop the sorrel.

Add to the pan the chopped sorrel.

Add dressing "To pickle" brand "MAGGI".

Cook the soup for another 2-3 minutes. Remove pan from heat.

Pour the soup cups. Serve with sour cream and greens.
