Country rice soup with goutweed
Delicious and light spring soup with goutweed. Usually with goutweed and nettle spring we are preparing the soup with homemade noodles. But this soup, we liked less.

Ingredients

  • Water

    2000 ml

  • Rice brown

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Carrots

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the ingredients.

To boil 2 pots with water in it, we boil the rice, and the second-pour water (2 liters) and bring to a boil.

While the water is boiling, peel the potatoes, prepare the carrots.

Potatoes cut into cubes.

In boiling water, put the potatoes and carrots and cook for 15 -20 minutes. Salt, add the chopped tomato and cook for another 5 minutes.

Whisk eggs, herbs (goutweed and bow up). Take out boiled rice from a bag.

In the soup, add beaten eggs, milk, butter, boil for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped herbs, give the writing a rolling boil for 3-4 minutes. Pour boiled rice and immediately remove from heat.
