Cooking
Mix the milk, white sugar, butter, salt and vanilla. Put on fire and bring to boil.
Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add cocoa powder and dried cranberries and stir.
Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, to soft ball state.
To shift the mass on waxed or parchment paper, cover with a second sheet of paper and use a rolling pin to flatten, giving the shape of a rectangle or square with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Then remove the top paper and cut the mass into squares or rectangles and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Leave to solidify.
