Cake-cake with mushrooms and cheese
Very delicious and rich cake. For lovers of mushrooms and cheese!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Sour cream

    170 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

I before freezing the mushrooms are slightly cooked (bring to a boil and turn off). So I thawed them in the frying pan with a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil. Roast approximately 20-25 minutes (over medium heat) until the liquid boils away.
