Cheese cut into cubes.
I before freezing the mushrooms are slightly cooked (bring to a boil and turn off). So I thawed them in the frying pan with a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil. Roast approximately 20-25 minutes (over medium heat) until the liquid boils away.
In warm milk dissolve the yeast and 1 tsp. L. sugar. To give up. Lightly beat the eggs. Add sour cream, oil, yeast. Then the flour, salt and pepper to taste. The dough will be like for the Browns, leave it for 15-20 minutes in a warm place.
Then add the mushrooms and cheese. Mix everything carefully.
Put the dough in the form greased with oil. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for about 30 minutes (better focus on your oven).
