Chicken with vegetables and thyme, baked in cream
Fragrant chicken baked in a creamy vegetable sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Thyme

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

  • Parsley

Cooking

Onion cut into strips and fry in butter.

Add the coarsely chopped carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with flour, mix well, pour the broth, add thyme and simmer 5 minutes.

Pour the cream, stir, bring to boil and remove from heat.

Chicken cut into serving pieces. RUB some salt and pepper. Fry in butter on both sides. Refractory form to lay baking paper. Put the chicken pieces.
