  • Flour

    250 g

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Spices

Each fillet cut lengthwise and crosswise into 4 pieces.

Knead the dough for batter. It should be the consistency of thick dough for pancakes. Put in the dough pieces of fish and shrimp and stir. Let stand for 10 minutes.
