The liver in peanut sauce
Fast, easy, affordable and very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Peanuts

    100 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.2 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt
