To prepare this dessert using brown sugar fine from "Mistral", it is most applicable in this case.
In principle, for preparing this dessert you can use any biscuits. But the most advantageous dessert looks with the sticks Savoiardi. You can buy them or bake them, so I did it. You'll find a dozen recipes of these sticks on the website. To prepare one serving you will need 6 sticks Savoiardi.
Make the cream. Take heavy cream and whisk them with a mixer with sugar brown fine from "Mistral" in a solid foam. I have it usually takes about three minutes.
Take strawberries, berries should be approximately the same size, fresh, not wrinkled. My strawberries, remove the stalk.
Take 4 berries (most ugly) and squeezing out the juice from the pulp into the whipped cream. You can use a fine grater, I took special chesnokodavilku.
Once again whisk the cream with the strawberry juice.
Strawberries cut into thin smooth plates.
Start assembling the dessert. Take the serving dish. The cream is put in a cooking syringe (available in a plastic bag, then trim the tip). On the plate press out a bit of cream to the dessert does not slip on the plate during Assembly.
Take biscuits - Savoiardi wand and put on her stripe of custard cream and strawberries.
Do the same thing with the second stick Savoiardi. Put on a plate on the cream both sticks around. For the custard beautifully gently put the plate of strawberries.
Next, the first plate of strawberries, apply some cream and under angles on the cream next to put two more sticks of Savoiardi. No need to crush cookies, dessert must be air. Similarly, cover them with the cream from the syringe and put the plate of strawberries.
Further, similarly repeat for the third layer. And again put some cream on the first plate of strawberries in the second layer, them the two sticks, they are cream and slices of strawberries.
Sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar, decorate with mint leaves. Before serving, I recommend to cool 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
