Ingredients.
Orange peel and films. Remove pulp and cut into small slices. Juice drain and leave, it will be useful.
Fish cut into thin slices, beets thin ( almost transparent) slices. For the sauce, mix the juice with horseradish. Add the oil, chopped herbs. Salt.
Arrange on a plate. First, slice the beets. On its half of the salmon and orange, top with sauce and close the other half of the beets. Pour a little sauce. Let stand for 5 min.
