The trout tartare on toast
Easy healthy snack – tender marinated trout on a crispy toast. You can also use salmon. The fish for this dish you need to choose the fresh.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    8 slice

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Trout

    300 g

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Gherkins

    2 Tbsp

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Tarragon

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Tabasco

    0.5 tsp

1. Cut each slice of toast bread 4 circles about 4-5 cm greased with olive oil a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 150C for 25 minutes to get crispy, Golden toast. This can be done 2 days before serving. Get ready to toast in an airtight container and store at room temperature.
