Snack of Apple and salted salmon rose
Simple but very tasty and elegant appetizer. Used to do a snack with a pear, but in another feed, and the option I saw on a foreign site. Fast, easy, beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

1. Apple peel, remove core, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

2. Fish, I salted myself, cut into thin slices or strips.

3. On a plate place a layer of apples.

4. The top layer of fish, then again apples. So I got 3 layers of apples. The last layer in the middle to lay fish. Salad leaves cut and put around the snacks. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper. Bon appetit!
