Cooking
Peel the eggplant skin cut into large circles.
Peel and cut into large mugs zucchini.
Coarsely chop bell pepper.
Cut large pieces of onion.
Take a large cast iron pan (my baking dish) on the bottom of where you pour oil, vinegar, soy sauce "KIkkoman".
