Lentil soup with sun-dried tomatoes
Very flavorful the soup turned out, I recommend! Sun-dried tomatoes give the soup a Mediterranean touch and a pleasant sour note, and lentils are the density and saturation.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Washed lentils, pour salted broth, bring to boil, cook according to package until tender (15 minutes for me).

Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil TM "generous gift" to transparency.

Leeks cut into rings, sun - dried tomatoes in small pieces, add to the onions, sauté 5 minutes.

Fried vegetables add to the soup, season to taste, bring to boil, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
