Beet salad with mushrooms
Easy, original salad, which diversifies your table. The site has a similar recipe, but it with marinated mushrooms and, presumably, the taste of it is quite different. On the nose Christmas post, I hope that the recipe be useful to many these days.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Coriander

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

To prepare the products. Beets pre-boiled and cool.

Mushrooms cut into slices, onion crushed.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown. You can only fry half the onion, and shred the second quarter the slices and add to salad raw. I fried the whole.

Add cut into slices mushrooms and fry all together until cooked, add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Beets peel and slice into strips, drizzle with vinegar.

Garlic skip through the press. Cilantro chop. In a bowl, combine the beets, garlic and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, season with coriander to taste.

Add mushrooms and onions, season with vegetable oil and mix well.
