Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Flour

    2 l

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Mushrooms fry in small amount of vegetable oil. Salt, add spices to taste.

Cut the onion. Saute it in a pan until transparent color

Add the minced meat and fry everything until soft.

Three carrots on a coarse grater, add to the stuffing. Fry until cooked.

Mix the minced meat with mushrooms. The stuffing is ready!

Boil shells in salted water until soft. Recline in a colander.

Stuff them with stuffing, simultaneously laying out on a tray.

Sauce "Bechamel". On low heat melt the butter, carefully add 2 tablespoons of flour, carefully and gradually pour the mixture (preheated!) the cream, making sure to avoid lumps, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fill the shells with the sauce and put the tray in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Take out the tray, place cheese and three minutes place into the oven. Bon appetit!!
