Actually, it's the signature dish of my mom. So says my son, her grandson. Just because she treats him so good and healthy Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    0.5 plug

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

To disassemble the cabbage into florets and cook in boiling salted water until tender.

Quickly fry in butter, season with salt and pour the beaten eggs. Cover and until tender.

If, at the time of roasting cabbage, add chopped fresh herbs (dill, parsley, green onions), you get this option. It's even more delicious.
