Cooking
Prepare the products.
Duck breast wash well. Pour 2 - 2.5 liters of water and boil. Don't forget to remove the foam. Cook until the meat is cooked about 2 hours. Salt. Take out the meat from the broth. Cool.
Rice wash. Put into the broth. Cook until cooked.
Vegetables wash, peel and cut carrots - shredded, onion - dice. Fry in a deep frying pan for about 7-10 minutes. Then add chopped tomato and tomato paste. Mix well. Cook another 5 minutes.
