Prepare the products.

Duck breast wash well. Pour 2 - 2.5 liters of water and boil. Don't forget to remove the foam. Cook until the meat is cooked about 2 hours. Salt. Take out the meat from the broth. Cool.

Rice wash. Put into the broth. Cook until cooked.
