Rabbit soup with green and red lentils
Very tasty, useful and dietary soup of rabbit with lentils and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Rabbit

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Rabbit meat cover with water, bring to boil, remove the foam, to slow down the fire. Add salt, onion 1 piece, and cook until tender. Ready meat to take out, cool and cut into pieces

Chop the onion, carrot and garlic

Sauté the vegetables in the pan

In the resulting broth to fill the first green lentils, cook for 5 minutes

Then add red lentils and cook for 10 minutes
