Chicken cutlets
Juicy, tender cutlets baked in the oven with no fat, making them also very useful. My kids(led by Pope) "dare" such cakes "cheers."

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt
