Cooking
First, make the salad dressing. In a bowl, mix butter, yogurt or sour cream, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
All the products are three on a small grater. The first layer of the egg. Fluff dressing. Next, mix in a bowl the grated onion and Apple, add lemon juice (a few drops) to apples not darkened. This is our second layer.
Third layer - finely chopped walnuts. Next, grated cheese and dressing, enough to liberally soak the salad as more impregnated layers will not. A little grated cheese and leave for decoration.
Beets grate, prunes finely chop and mix. This is our last layer. Decorate your favorite salad greens and small balls of grated cheese.
