Cooking
To make the pancake batter(flour,milk,salt,butter,baking soda,eggs)
Grate all cheese and mix well,leave for 30 minutes
To make pancakes
Prepare the filling:cottage cheese,sour cream,parsley(chopped),salt,mix
Pancakes by two thirds thinly lubricate the stuffing,put the thinly sliced sausage(or ham)
Roll from the filling tube
And tightly wrap in foil,put a couple hours in the fridge.
Before serving, rolled pancakes cut into slices 2 cm thick
