Pots with vegetables and beef
These wonderful pots taught me how to cook my favorite mommy, since I'm cooking them for dinner, and on holidays. They always come out delicious, and the bread on top impregnated with the scent from the pots and perfectly complements them.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Fat

    200 g

  • Butter

    4 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Water

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

Cooking

All the necessary products to wash, clean and chop the meat, fat, onion, potato cubes, carrots grate on a small grater, mushrooms cut into slices

Divide it into 4 parts, give hands each piece a round shape, cover the dough on top of the pot and salliven as the dumplings. Put the pots in the oven for 1-1,5 hours at a temperature of 200 degrees
