Bean soup and spinach
This soup is very easy to prepare. At least products and costs. And the result is excellent! Try it!!!

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Beans

    2 cup

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Water

    8 cup

  • Spinach

    1 handful

  • Salt

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Soak the beans overnight in water.

Sausage slice and fry it lightly with olive oil.

Onions, carrots, garlic and celery finely chop. Then add onion, garlic, carrot and celery to the sausage and fry it lightly.

In a saucepan plozhit beans, Bay leaf, thyme, rosemary and pour water. Add sauteed sausage with onions. Bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Beans should be soft after boiling well.

Using a wooden spoon mix well the soup that the beans broke.

Add the spinach and salt and pepper to taste. Gradually add vinegar according to your taste.
