Lemon-lentil soup
Soup from a minimum of ingredients with a very predictable taste. However, lemon, cumin and parsley add a brilliant note — the soup looks with character.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    10 ml

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Cumin

    0.3 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Here are our main ingredients: red lentils (of course, the trademark Mistral), small onion, clove of garlic, lemon, parsley. Also, we will necessarily need (but they are pictured there): cumin (aka Jeera), salt, black and red pepper, vegetable oil, and broth.

So, let's begin. Cut the onion into cubes, garlic finely chop. Will heat it in a saucepan with vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the onion and garlic.
