Description
Soup from a minimum of ingredients with a very predictable taste. However, lemon, cumin and parsley add a brilliant note — the soup looks with character.

Cooking
Here are our main ingredients: red lentils (of course, the trademark Mistral), small onion, clove of garlic, lemon, parsley. Also, we will necessarily need (but they are pictured there): cumin (aka Jeera), salt, black and red pepper, vegetable oil, and broth.
So, let's begin. Cut the onion into cubes, garlic finely chop. Will heat it in a saucepan with vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the onion and garlic.
Then fall asleep there the lentils, a pinch of red pepper and cumin. Stir.
Pour in broth, salt, pepper. Bring to a boil. Then reduce the fire and leave to cook for about half an hour. Lentils should be soft after boiling, and the soup to thicken.
Add to soup with lemon juice. Stir. If you think what happened gustavito can be diluted with broth. All you can pour into bowls.
When serving, be sure to sprinkle with parsley. Bon appetit!
