This dish of local cuisine. The salad is very satisfying. Can be spread on toast and served as a starter.

Cooking
Liver wash, remove the film, cut in small cubes. Add soy sauce and pepper and leave for 30 minutes.
Salad liver, breaded in flour should fry well in a pan with vegetable oil. Leave to cool cooked liver.
Ideally, the liver should grind in a meat grinder, I just cut it finely.
Connect the liver and radishes, then I'll dress the salad with salt and sour cream.
