Greek meatballs
Very tasty, meatballs. Elementary to prepare. Cook in multivarka Vitek VT-4213GY

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Oregano

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Olive oil

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Mint

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

For meatballs take ground beef, feta crumble.

Mix the mince, feta, oregano, pepper flakes (who doesn't love burning strongly, then take the green like me), salt, black pepper. Not much stirred. Let's keep small pieces of feta.

To make the meatballs. Distribute several to a skewer.

For the sauce grate the cucumber, chop the mint.

Mix the yogurt, cucumber, mint, lemon zest and juice, salt and black pepper. Serve with sauce.
