Cooking
Shred cabbage, grate carrots, saute until soft.
In forcemeat add spices, salt, mix well and fry.
Pancakes to put in the baking dish so that the ends hung. One pancake lay in the middle.
The first layer spread on the pancake and cabbage with carrots.
Then the pancake and cheese.
Again the pancake and the stuffing. Grease with mayonnaise or sour cream.
Raise the ends of the pancakes and close the top.
Grease with softened butter. Put in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Form overturn on a dish. The cake is ready!
Delicious with some tea and just.
