Cooking
On a hot griddle pour 2-3 table. L. olive oil, add the garlic and fry until brown, remove garlic. Put the minced meat and fry until Golden (about 5 minutes), season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato paste and beans, simmer about 10 minutes, season with Basil.
In boiling water, boil the pasta for 3 minutes less than time specified on the package. Drain in a colander to drain excess water.
To the mince add the pasta and diced (0.5 cm) cheese, mix well.
Cut eggplant into thin slices (thickness about 0.5 cm). Fry in hot pan in oil, ready eggplant sprinkle with salt. Not dry! The excess oil is not clean! Spread the bottom of the deep rounded shape of the eggplant, slightly overlapping.
Put macaroni-minced meat stuffing. Cook in a preheated 180C oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool slightly (about 10 minutes), flip onto a plate.
