Meat patties in tomato sauce
Meat patties in tomato sauce, cooked in the oven. Dish out a minimum of ingredients, but delicious, juicy, flavorful, hearty. And preparing these burgers is very simple. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Tomato juice

    300 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Savory

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In minced meat (I cooked beef and Turkey), add chopped onion, garlic, pressed, starch and chopped parsley. Add salt, season with pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Tomatoes grind in a blender.

Add to tomato puree tomato juice, paprika, savory, salt pepper (spices of your choice)

Dampened hands formed into small patties, lay them in a baking dish (the size of my form 25х18х7 cm)

Pour meatballs with tomato sauce.

Tightly cover the form with foil. Cook burgers in preheated to 180°C oven for 30-35 minutes.

Then carefully remove the foil from the mold (carefully, look out for hot steam!) and cook the meatballs for another 10 minutes. You're done!
