Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Divide the cabbage on inflorescences and boil in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes.

Zucchini cut into cubes of side 1.5 cm and fry quickly on high heat.

Whisk the eggs with cream, salt and pepper.

Connect the vegetables, season with salt, pepper and add the flour. Thoroughly combine.

Mix the vegetables with the eggs. Pour into the oiled dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Before serving, it is desirable to cool.
