Cooking
These are the basic ingredients. Stuffing (I have a mixture of veal, lamb) to fill 2 tbsp of the sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman". Onion finely chopped, season with salt and pepper, lightly fry in vegetable oil and add to the mince.
Sift the flour, add 1/2 tsp salt and brew boiling water, intensively stirring with a spoon. After a couple of minutes, add the vegetable oil and have hands knead soft, elastic dough. Cover with a towel and let the dough rest 30 minutes.
The dough out thinly, mince spread evenly over the surface.
Twist the roll and cut it into pieces with a width of about 4 cm
Hanuschik fry with 2 sides in vegetable oil and put in a baking dish. A Cup of boiling water add 1 tsp of soy sauce from TM "Kikkoman" and pour it into the form.
Vegetables and mushrooms fry in vegetable oil and lay out on hanuschik. Cover form foil and bake in the oven at t 200° for about 30 minutes. At the end of baking remove foil.
And here is the finished dish!
Hanuschik turned out tender and juicy, but I lacked some "punch." And then again came to the rescue favorite sauce!
Hanuschik perfectly with the sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman" which I decorated with plates when serving food. Bon appetit!
