Appetizer of eggplant
Our favorite appetizer is very easy to prepare, tasty and healthy. I really want to share with you!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    14 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

  • Coriander

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Whole eggplant baked in the oven. The skin will crack next 20 or 30 minutes, depending on size of eggplant.

Hot eggplant peel, flesh finely chopped.

Prepare the dressing. Squeeze out garlic, mash these coriander seeds.

Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well.

Mix the eggplant with the dressing and sprinkle with cilantro.

Serve warm or cold.
