Cooking
Preheat a frying pan on it to fry the fish in flour. Fried fish out onto a plate.
For the sauce: cut into strips carrot and celery root, parsnip, onion. To put all in a pan and lightly fry 3 minutes, add the tomato and fry for a couple of minutes with the vegetables and onions, then cover with water and add Basil (crush with fingers), add salt, sugar and pepper to taste. Cover and boil until the carrots are tender.
Hot sauce to cover the fish. Fish let stand. Bon appetit!!!
