Description

Pike-perch under marinade
Without roasting fish. The result is a snack-type fish and vegetable caviar.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    700 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Water

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Sudak clean, gut, cut into pieces

Water (a little water should just cover the fish eventually when cooking) to boil, add salt, pepper and Bay leaf

Cook fish about 10 minutes

Carrots three on a grater, simmer on a slow fire, if the burn - add a little water

Onion cut into half rings, fry

Mix onions and carrots

The fish cools, dismantle into pieces, remove all bones

Tomato paste diluted with water

Combine vegetables, fish and tomato. taste for salt and acid. add what is missing. simmer for another 15 minutes. eat is usually cold.
