I really liked this salad. And hearty, and spicy, and the combination is excellent. If red beans are good with corn, cilantro and red onions, white - with celery, mushroom, mushrooms and black olives, can of white chicken meat to add.

Mushrooms washed and cut into.
Celery washed and cut into.

...white beans, parsley, ...
black olives and, if desired, olive oil or mayonnaise, as someone like that. You can add white chicken meat, of course, boiled and finely chopped.
