Liver fry, salt, pepper, cool, grate on a coarse grater. Onion cut into half rings and marinate: 0.5 liters of water, 4 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 4 tsp. vinegar - allow to infuse for 30 minutes. Cucumbers finely chop. Beets and eggs to boil, peel. Eggs grate on a coarse grater (leave the protein from one egg to the face), red beets – on a fine. Salad spread layers. 1st layer – fried liver
