Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    800 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Thickener for cream

    1 pack

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    0.3 cup

Cooking

Cook cakes. In a deep bowl break the eggs

Add the sugar and vanilla.

Beat with a mixer until foamy, add baking soda and vegetable oil. Beat again. Gradually add the flour and continue whisking. The dough will be the consistency of thick cream

From the resulting mass selected in a separate bowl, 5 tablespoons of batter. Add cocoa and stir.

Cover the baking pan (26 cm diameter) with foil and pour 6 tablespoons light test. Align on the surface
