Rich hearty soup. Lemon zest gives this rich dish a zesty fresh note.

Ingredients

Prepare the ingredients

Garlic, onion cut into thin slices.

In vegetable oil fry until Golden brown the diced meat. Add the onions, garlic and soy sauce. Lightly simmer. Put meat with onions and garlic in a saucepan. Pour in the broth and cook for 1H.15 min. Put the green beans and cook for another 15 min. Drain off liquid from canned beans. Add kidney beans to the soup. Bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and chili pepper. If necessary, add salt. With lemon to remove the zest, cut into fine strips and sprinkle soup.

Pour the soup plates and served to the table.
