Cooking
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Sift flour with baking soda. Here also three on a coarse grater butter (pre-frozen).
Mash until receipt of crumbs. Make in the middle deepening. Take the milk (cold) and dissolve in it the salt. Gradually pour milk into flour mixture. Knead the dough thoroughly in a homogeneous mass. Send the dough in the fridge for an hour or two.
Coat the baking pan with parchment. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take out the dough. Table sprinkle with flour and roll out thin layer (2 mm), cut out cookies (I did squares) and place on a baking sheet. Pinned the dough with a fork.
To the yolk add 2 tbsp milk. Mix (for brushing cookies).
Grease cookies and sprinkle with sesame seeds, sunflower and flax.
Put it into the preheated oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Take out and cool on a wire rack. I got 20 cookies.
